Refund eligibility depends on plan type, activation status, offer terms, duplicate payment status and actual service usage.
Once a paid listing, AI profile setup, QR review kit, lead tracking, featured visibility or promotional setup has been activated, refunds may be limited or unavailable except where required by law or where a duplicate/failed payment is verified.
